The Buchanan is a full-service building with live-in Super and 24-hour concierge at the 47th Street and 48th Street entrances.

The Buchanan’s Management Office is located on the 1st floor and the Leasing Office is on the 12th Floor. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9AM to 6PM, and weekends 10AM to 6PM.
